A true culinary jewel with a traditional Japanese cypress counter and captivating artwork designed by the Dutch artist, Lok Jansen. Discover famous Japanese sake and edo-mae-sushi with the finest selection of sashimi and sushi conjured up from the freshest ingredients by a master chef who creates a unique "omakase" right in front of you.

Sushi UKIYO carefully selects seasonal ingredients from all over Japan, including tuna from "Yamayako" in the Toyosu Market, which is highly regarded by connoisseurs. In addition, while preserving the tradition of Edo-mae, we have also incorporated ingredients and cooking methods from Osaka, and Wakayama, the head chef's hometown.  By incorporating the local techniques guests can experience the true "taste of the region" that is the jewel and pleasure of traveling. Relish in a premium selection of excellent sake from all over Japan, including rare brands to perfectly pair with your meal.
